An employment assistance program for individual over the age of forty (40).  The program addresses the needs of both experienced workers and individuals re-entering the workforce.

The program consists of a series of workshops which prepare clients to re-enter the workforce energized and confident.  

• Overcome the myths and stigma associated with experienced workers
• Learn more about yourself through vocational and skill assessments
• Develop basic computer skills
• Navigate labour market resources
• Create a winning resume where work experience and transferable skills matter
• Master interviewing skills
• Receive individual coaching and employer leads
