Care-giving Services
Neighbourhood Link Support Services support family members and friends in their care-giving roles by providing information, education, support, referrals and counseling, and relief from care-giving duties.
Adult Day Programs (ADP's)
These vital programs give community-based care and support to our frail elderly clients and those with cognitive impairment.  They provide social interaction and recreation in a supportive setting.
Adult Day Program for Frail Seniors
This program provides an enjoyable day for those who may be physically limited or isolated.
Social and recreational activities include:
  • Group outings
  • Fitness
  • Trivia
  • Guest speakers and discussion groups
These activities promote physical and emotional health in a friendly, peer-focused environment.
Adult Day Program for Cognitively Impaired Seniors
This program is designed for those with dementia.  It provides a safe and stimulating social environment while providing family, friends and caregivers a worry free day.
Social and recreational activities include:
  • Mental aerobics
  • Sing-a-longs
  • Fitness
  • Gardening
Planned daily routines and a structured environment minimize disorientation and confusion.
